ABOUT

Every Child Counts After School Academy is determined to inspire children through the Visual and Performing Arts, Social Justice and community awareness.

It is important for students to possess freedom of expression and most times it takes several different mediums! Poetry and spoken word allows for you to be physically and vocally expressive. This in turn boosts confidence and a sense of passion for self.

Visual arts allows students to visualize the world in a different innovative way. Seeing things for what  they could be rather than what they are intended to be. Learning how to reuse materials both in order to create equity in arts learning and also respect the earth as much as we can by not introducing too many new items.

Social justice awareness allows for students to look at the world in a more inquisitive way and teaches how to question the current governmental systems, and inequalities in our society. In that we brainstorm solutions and learn how to analyze information.

Our mission is to inspire children through Virtual Learning.
